These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RenTNads website and platform ("we", "us", "our"). RenTNads is a rental ads platform built exclusively for Tamil Nadu. By browsing listings, posting an ad, or using any part of RenTNads, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What RentNads Does

RenTNads is an open, online marketplace exclusive to Tamil Nadu that allows Advertisers to post ads for houses, commercial shops, commercial land, and paying guest accommodation for rent or lease, and allows Viewers and Tenants to browse ads district-wise and contact the Advertiser directly. RenTNads is not a party to any rental, lease made between users, does not act as a broker or agent, and does not own, manage, or take any commission on any ad posted on the platform.

2. Posting an Ad -- No Registration Required

You do not need to register or log in before posting an ad. To post an ad, you fill in your ad details along with your name and WhatsApp number. Once your ad is submitted, your WhatsApp number automatically becomes your account username and password, and an account is created for you so you can manage your ad from your Ad status. You are responsible for keeping your WhatsApp number accessible, since it is used to log in and to receive enquiries about your ad.

3. Listing Accuracy

Advertisers agree that any ad posted on RenTNads is genuinely available and that the details, photos, and price provided are accurate and not misleading. RenTNads reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any ad that appears false, duplicate, fraudulent, or that otherwise violates these Terms.

4. Pricing Plans and Payments

Posting an ad requires choosing one of our pricing plans (Basic, Standard or Premium), each with its own validity period. This is a one-time posting fee for the ad's validity period, not a recurring subscription. Where a plan has a cost, payment is collected securely through Razorpay before the ad goes live; RenTNads does not take any commission or brokerage on the value of your rental, lease -- the posting fee is the only amount charged by RenTNads.

5. Ad Validity, Renewal, and Cancellation

Your ad remains visible on the website for the validity period of the plan you chose. Once an ad expires, it is hidden from public listings but remains visible in your own dashboard, where you can renew it by choosing a plan again and completing payment. If your property is rented, leased before your ad's validity ends, you can request early removal by sending your ad's reference ID through a WhatsApp message to our support.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fake, duplicate, or misleading ads
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or to defraud another user
• Uploading content that infringes someone else's rights or is offensive, defamatory, or harmful
• Attempting to interfere with the security or normal operation of the website

7. No Guarantee on Transactions

RenTNads helps connect Advertisers with Viewers and Tenants but is not responsible for the outcome of any rental, lease including disputes over price, condition of the property, deposits, or agreements made outside the platform. Viewers and Tenants are encouraged to enquire thoroughly, visit the property in person, and verify all details with the Advertiser before making any payment or signing an agreement.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or remove an ad, or restrict an account, that violates these Terms, submits repeated false listings, or misuses the platform, with or without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

RenTNads is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or any transaction between users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RenTNads after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
